Ramada Plaza Antalya Hotel

The staff were fantastic friendly and efficient people at the reception desk. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a Roman gate. Near bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

the breakfast was rich with a nice view, and all the food was savoury. the location was best possible, just 5 minutes walk from a national museum.

We were very satisfied with the Hotel: services, staff, food, and comfort. It was a very enjoyable 6 night stay in a sea view suite. The aircon and the wireless Internet were very good. We will certainly consider staying at this hotel next time we are in Antalya.

The restaurant staff cleared food away like it was a race, with scant regard bordering on rudeness towards any late diners or anyone wanting another helping.

The room was very modern. The room design was uplifting and pleasant The bed was very comfortable.

There is a lot to complain about this hotel. The hotel food was terrible. The food selection was very "limited" to other "all inclusive hotels" in Turkey. The hotel states it's all inclusive, however very little selection of hot food. I ate mostly from outside. Very expensive for drinks etc!! The amount of money that I payed for that hotel was overrated!! Very disappointed as this was my last week of stay before i came back to Australia. The electronic door was playing up every time I went in and out of the hotel room. I had to go downstairs several times to remind staff that this was an ongoing problem. I mentioned to Reception that the electronic door was not functioning properly and it was an ongoing problem since the day of my arrival. On one occassion it happened 6 times in the same day. It took me about 4-5 hours to gain entry into my room as I was going up and down the elevators repeately. I was getting tired from the heat and angry!! The staff were rude and especially one staff named Ozlem at reception started laughing at me after I was going to and from my room and telling her off, she thought that it was funny, when in fact it wasn't. I was getting frustrated because all the hotel levels did not have air conditioning apart from Reception which made it hard to breathe each time I was going to and from my room. The staff were also being busy bodies and asking me if I was alone?? On the first night I got food poisioned and had to go to the doctor. Never again will I chose Ramada!!!!

The rooms were nice and spacious. Room Facilities is excellent. Very Good breakfast, they served international breakfast. Close to old town/Marina.

Air Conditioning was not cooling.

The diverse food options, including traditional Italian dishes, were a highlight of the visit. The pool area offered fine views and was well-maintained. Service during breakfast was lacking. Tables weren't cleaned promptly, and important guest information was overlooked at check-in. The older room felt a bit neglected, with limited cleaning beyond making the beds.

The breakfast was outstanding and fantastic, such variety, with fruits and the pastries, as example.

The views of the mountains and sea from my beautiful room side sea view were amazing. The breakfast offered a wide selection of local dishes and fresh fruits that exceeded my previous experiences here.

The hotel is brilliant, and the staff were excellent, it offers a number of excellent facilities and is not far away from the "old city" (700 meters). Honestly, nothing bad about it! لا يوجد عيوب من وجهة نظري
